Ms. Hingerty is the owner and founder of Hingerty Law, LLC. which she established in 2010 to focus primarily on criminal and appellate matters. She has partnered with The Abt Law Firm, LLC since 2010 and has recently defended a client in the longest and largest criminal case in Georgia history. Barred in The Supreme Court of Georgia, The United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the Federal District Courts in Northern, Middle, and South Georgia, Ms. Hingerty excels at all levels of Georgia criminal defense and appellate practice.
Raised in Georgia, Ms. Hingerty is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia where she received an undergraduate degree in Journalism graduating as a First Honor Graduate. She stayed in Athens for her law degree and has been practicing in Georgia courts since 2004. When not in a courtroom, Ms. Hingerty and her husband enjoy raising their daughter, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying sports, food and music.
